Meet your Director

Nicole Pearson is a product of the incredible performing arts programming at WEAG and is thrilled to be the ENCOR Academy Director.  Nicole went to Belmont University in Nashville TN, where she received a degree in music with an emphasis in musical theater.  Nicole has spent the last 16 years performing, teaching private voice lessons, and musical theater classes.  Her greatest passion is using the performing arts as a tool to empower and strengthen the many gifts God has given us.
